Shipping
Most of the time we ship via US Postal Service, UPS, DHL or Freight. Typical delivery time ranges from 3-10 Days. Freight items may take longer – up to 3 weeks. We may also use other carriers for international destinations.
Calculating Shipping Cost
All orders shipped in the contiguous United State are FREE SHIPPING if the order is over $50 dollars. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not free unless your shipment will fit in a flat-rate US Postal Service box.
International Shipping
We can ship virtually anywhere in the world. Call or contact us to find out if the items(s) you are interested in can be shipped internationally.
Returns
What if there is a problem with my order?
As unlikely as that may seem, if there is a problem with your order, call us immediately. We have no set policy other than doing whatever it takes to make you happy and fix the problem ASAP.
What if I receive a defective product?
In rare cases it’s possible that a product has a manufacturing defect. If you believe you’ve received a defective product, the first thing you should do is contact our support team. You can call us at +1-512-348-8528 and we’ll respond quickly with an RMA (return authorization) number.
As part of our commitment to make you happy with your purchase from Highland Park Lapidary, if you are unsatisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or an exchange for another product within a reasonable time frame (about 30 days from the shipping date).Returned items must be complete, unused, and show no signs of wear or damage and the origional packaging must be complete and intact.
Machines & Equipment Returns
All machines and major equipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated based on the full amount paid. Customers are responsible for all machine return freight costs, in addition to the applicable restocking fee.
Accessories & Supplies Returns
Non-machinery items such as accessories, parts, rough rock, tools, and supplies may be returned without a restocking fee, as long as they are unused and in original condition.

How To Make A Return
Call us to arrange for an RMA number (return authorization) that you should write on the shipping label. We’ll take it from there.
